Ciclo de charlas YAKANA 9-nov-2021 11:00hrs.- Preeti Jagadev
El próximo martes 9 de noviembre de 2021 continuaremos con el segundo ciclo de charlas YAKANA, el cual tiene el objetivo de dar a conocer los tópicos que se abordarán en el próximo congreso IONS YAKANA.
El siguiente webinar se dictará en inglés y se titula “My journey as a woman in STEM”, a cargo de la candidata a Doctor Preeti Jagadev.
-Resumen: Brief introduction about Miss Preeti and her PhD research "Human respiration monitoring using Infrared Thermography and Artificial intelligence".
The important incidents that shaped her life, and helped her to get chosen as "SPIE Woman in optics 2021", by SPIE (USA).
Activities conducted by she and her chapter towards" EDI in STEM", and what was the impact of these activities.
And finally, How will EDI in STEM help in global development?
These will be the points that Miss Preeti addresses in this talk, and all the doubts that may arise at the time.
